How to Register for Manila Water Paperless Billing Online: Fill-out the Form

The Manila Water app registration or form enrollment is super simple and takes less than 10 minutes to complete. Check the image below so you know exactly what details to prepare before clicking the link.

Quick Checklist of what you need to prepare:

• 8-digit Contract Account Number (CAN): You can easily find your Manila Water CAN on your physical bill.

• Service Area & Enrollee Name

• Relationship to Account Owner: Note this if you're doing this for someone else!

• Email Address & Mobile Number: Make sure to double-check this part! Your re-confirmed email must match exactly so you can safely receive your water bill via email.

How to know if you’ve successfully submitted the form?

Once you click “Submit,” the screen will show a confirmation page. Right after that, you should also check your inbox for an automated notification from Manila Water confirming that your paperless billing request went through.

The No-Final-Successful-Notification Surprise: Our Actual Processing Timeline

The enrollment confirmation email said to wait 2–3 business days for validation, and they will send another email to confirm if the paperless billing enrollment was successful. Well... we never received that second confirmation email. But guess what? The system actually worked behind the scenes!

Here is exactly how our paperless transition played out:

• September 4: I filled out the Microsoft Form. Almost real-time, I received an automated acknowledgment email saying they got my request.

• September 11: Our bill usually comes around the 10th or 11th. True enough, no physical paper arrived at our door. Instead, a clean, digital Manila Water Invoice dropped straight into our email inbox! I paid the bill online as usual and got the payment confirmation instantly. So fast, convenient, and very easy to track!

Is it worth switching to digital billing statements?

Yes, definitely! Even if Manila Water didn't send a "Successful" confirmation email, they still delivered on the service. Our next bill went 100% digital immediately. Doing a Manila Water online payment took less than two minutes, and we no longer have to keep messy paper stuff at home.
