How to Open a PDTC Report in the Philippines (2026 Guide)

What is a PDTC Report?

A Philippine Depository and Trust Corporation (PDTC) report is a secure document typically sent via email to investors who hold REITs, bonds, or other securities in the Philippines.

This report contains important details such as:

  • Your investment holdings

  • Transaction records

  • Dividend or interest information

Because it includes sensitive financial data, the file is password-protected for security.

Opening your PDTC report is simple once you know where to look for the password.

Step 1: Check Your Email

Common Issues When Opening a PDTC Report

Sometimes the digital gate refuses to open on the first knock. 🔐 Here are quick fixes:

  • Incorrect password → Double-check the last 6 characters (watch for spaces or typos)

  • Can’t find the account number → Recheck the email subject line carefully

  • PDF won’t open → Try a different PDF reader (like Adobe Acrobat Reader)

I hope this helps! ☺
