What is a PDTC Report?

A Philippine Depository and Trust Corporation (PDTC) report is a secure document typically sent via email to investors who hold REITs, bonds, or other securities in the Philippines. Is it a spam email? No.

This report contains important details such as:

  • Your investment holdings

  • Transaction records

  • Dividend or interest information

Because it includes sensitive financial data, the file is password-protected for security.
