How to Check Your Total Deposits in COL Financial (Full Funding History Guide – Philippines 2026)
If you’ve been investing for a while, there comes a moment when curiosity taps you on the shoulder: “Wait… how much have I actually put in?”
That was me this year.
I started investing in COL Financial around 2020, depositing and buying stocks without much research… then life happened. 😅 So I wanted to finally track my total out-of-pocket investment, not just my current portfolio value.
Here’s the simplest way to do it.
Can You See Your Full Deposit History in COL Financial?
Short answer: Not really, at least not directly on the platform.
COL Financial only shows up to 1 year of historical ledgers.
So if you’ve been investing for years and didn’t download your monthly records (like me 🙃), you’ll need to request it manually.
How to Request Your Total Deposit History from COL Financial
It’s actually straightforward. No complicated forms at the start.
Step 1: Email Their Deposits Team
Send your request to:
📧 deposits@colfinancial.com
You can simply ask for your funding history or deposit data since inception.
Step 2: Provide the Required Details
They’ll reply asking for this format if you didn’t include it in your initial email:
Sample:
- REQUEST: Funding history / cash flow report
- PURPOSE: To track total out-of-pocket investments
- COL ACCOUNT NAME: Your Name
- COL ACCOUNT NUMBER: Your Account Number
You can copy-paste this to make things easier.
Step 3: Wait for Processing
Once they’ve confirmed your request is for processing, it’s just a matter of waiting.
- Processing time: around 1 to 2 months
- They’ll send the file to your registered email.
What You’ll Receive
Based on my experience, I received a file showing my total deposits from my first funding up to the present. The file is password-protected for security.
This is exactly what you need to calculate:
- Total invested capital
- Compare it with your current portfolio value
- See if you’re at a gain or loss (brace yourself 😅)
Fees and Important Reminders
Here’s something I learned along the way:- COL only keeps 1 year of accessible ledgers online
- Older records are archived
- Requesting archived monthly ledgers may cost ₱100 per month
My Experience (Real Talk)
I received my deposit data after about a month. And yes… as of now, I’m at a loss around 4%. 😅 But honestly, I’m not worried. I’m investing for the long term, and I know that dividends, market recovery, and time will do their thing eventually. Plus, I’m now trying to be an informed investor.
This exercise wasn’t about regret.
It was about clarity.
Knowing your total investment changes how you see everything. It turns: “I think I’m doing okay…” into “I know exactly where I stand.”
And that’s powerful.
Because in investing, clarity beats guessing every time.☺
